Experience and Capability TRT offers fully integrated, quality-focussed consultation, design, engineering, manufacturing and fabrication solutions that are backed by comprehensive OEM and aftermarket parts, service and repair. TRT are experienced in delivering quality product, on time to Prime Contractors, including a current contract under Land 121-3B for the delivery of fully integrated tipper systems. TRT has a broad range of low loaders and heavy haul floats, including deck and axle wideners, rows of 4, rows of 8, multi-line and modular platforms that are all designed, engineered and manufactured in house. TRT have developed advanced trailer technologies including quick connect modular system and ESS - electronic steering system (Australian Innovation Patent Number: 201802100) to increase set up and deployment efficiency. TRT manufacture trailer solutions for Defence operations in NZ from heavy haulage to general service trailers. TRT also manufacture blast mitigation seating for Australian and NZ Defence applications. These seats are manufactured under licence from Vital Seating & Systems Limited (VSS), who specialise in safety critical seating solutions for defence and security. TRT has an innovative approach to manufacturing processes, investing in plant and inhouse capability to ensure all trailers and other specialist manufactured products are built fit for purpose, to the agreed specification and on time. Backed by more than 53 years’ experience in the crane industry, TRT also manufacture and distribute the TIDD PC28 articulating crane. The TIDD Crane is designed and engineered in-house, and is manufactured onsite at TRT. With a focus on safety, from the operator to load management, the TIDD crane is available throughout Australia and NZ and the Asia Pacific region. TRT has a strong logistical administration capability, moving large equipment to small parts around the world happens daily. This capability makes logistical solutions simple and on time delivery across theatres of operation, all part of the TRT service. Defence Sector Support Services and Partnerships As well as providing support for all TRT manufactured product in Australia and NZ, TRT are registered for Defence supply (cage code EM778). TRT imports and distributes genuine, world leading OEM parts and components for manufacturers, service providers, fleets and other end users across a number of industry sectors including transport, construction, earth moving, agriculture and forestry from warehouse facilities at all four TRT locations. TRT provide maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) service for manufactured product and other vehicles for NZDF fleet. This service also extends to NZDF personnel working and training alongside our experienced TRT team to enhance personnel capability and experience. TRT are parts and service dealers for OEM brands including Iveco, Scania, Mercedes-Benz, Freightliner, and specialist parts brands including Detroit, Jost, Eaton, BPW, Hendrickson, Fras-le and Hydreco. TRT are distributors for Manitowoc, Grove and Potain Cranes and Kobelco Crawler Cranes throughout Australia, NZ and Pacific Region. TRT are NZ distributors for the full range of quality HIAB products, including installation service and repair. TRT Australia is the QLD distributor for Manitowoc and Grove Cranes and the Australian Distributor for Kobelco Crawler Cranes. TRT Australia specialises in Crane 10-year major inspections and rebuilds, new equipment integration, trailer fabrication and repair, and carry a full range of crane parts distributed across Australia. They are service, repair, installation and parts agents for HIAB range of products. This operation is integral in the delivery of current Defence contracts.
