Description Unitronix is an established Australian owned company based in the Hunter region of NSW. Our head office is in Cooranbong NSW. An hour north of Sydney. We also have offices in Brisbane, Spain and France. Our business is the supply and through life support of rugged computing solutions to ALL major Primes and Defence customers. Our customers require equipment that is both reliable and predictable in operational life in the field. As such consideration needs to be given to the environmental conditions as well as the technical capability and life cycle support of the equipment. Our customers cannot afford to buy cheap, as the cost of failure is much higher than any front-end procurement cost. It is in this area that Unitronix aligns themselves with customers to correctly specify and define all aspects of the system requirements, so we can offer the best equipment and support for the job. The majority of our business is in selling component parts (i.e. boards chassis and backplanes). We also work with customers to supply systems solutions when required. All of our equipment is sourced from USA/UK/Germany to ensure it is tested and qualified to meet application requirements whilst providing that essential security of supply. We also have a number of R&D activities in-house to develop rugged vehicle computing solutions for Mining, Law Enforcement and Emergency services. Specialised skills at Unitronix include EW and Radar. We supply and support equipment in this area as well as working on internally funded research in this field.
