Supply of an Australian Made automated Wire Rope Lubricator System which cleans and lubricates the winch ropes in a single pass. With the highperformance lubrication pump system and specialised wire rope lubricant, multiple ropes are capable of being lubricated simultaneously, reducing re-lubrication application times from several days to just hours resulting in a reduction of labour by up to 90%. This has significantly reduced the risk of injury, reducing environmental impact through eliminating lubrication waste. Australian Defence Force Recovery Vehicles: The ADF operates a fleet of medium and heavy capability logistic vehicles, including recovery vehicles fitted with winches. These recovery vehicles are fitted with Steel Wire Rope (SWR) of 16mm and 24mm diameter. Lubrication Engineering provided an automated Viper Wire Rope Lubricator System. The Viper WRL are a safe, fast, efficient and environmentally responsible solution for lubricating wire ropes.
